Indian River County, Amendment No. 6 <br />66th Avenue/ County Road 510 Roadway Widening <br />zones. The roadway transition zones are estimated to require 1,500 linear feet on each <br />approach to provide for horizontal transitions and lanage development. The westbound <br />approach shall extend the full corridor development east of 64th Avenue such that all <br />westbound auxiliary lanes at the County Road 510/ 64th Avenue intersection can be <br />developed outside of the required transition zone. <br />D. Roadway Plans <br />Roadway plans shall be prepared to include: plotting of survey data; <br />establishment of profile grades, key map; plan and profile sheets (including <br />geometric calculations); typical section sheets* summary of quantities; summary <br />of drainage structures; cross-section sheets at 100' intervals (including earthwork <br />computations); signing and pavement marking plans and other detail sheets <br />necessary to convey the intent of the scope of services outlined herein. All plans <br />shall be prepared in the English units. <br />Roadway set of plans shall consist of the following: <br />The Roadway plans will be submitted to the COUNTY for review at the 30%, <br />60%, 90% and 100% plan completion. <br />E Stormwater Design & Permitting <br />1 Perform drainage investigations and analysis necessary to prepare a design <br />which will drain the project in accordance with the City of Sebastian, St. <br />Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD), Sebastian River Water <br />Control District (SRWCD), Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) and/or Indian <br />River County design criteria. <br />2. The ENGINEER shall prepare stormwater permit applications for the <br />SJRWMD, SRWCD, ACOE and US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) <br />requirements for submittal by the COUNTY.
