�z }�4'sw�� 4, <br />ww <br />On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner <br />McCullers, the Board unanimously authorized advertisement for <br />public hearing for County Ordinance #2 regarding license for <br />firearms. <br />The Attorney to the Board reported that the I.I. Board is <br />ready to accept the deed to the Sebastian Inlet which is still <br />owned by the County. <br />On Motion of Commissioner McCullers, second of Commissioner <br />Loy, the Board unanimously moved to proceed with the taking of <br />Lots 8 and 9,.Block 30, Original Town, by condemnation order. <br />The Board then adjourned at 12:05 o'clock P. M. and <br />reconvened at 1:30 o'clock P. M.; Commissioner Bogosian being <br />absent. <br />Jim Collins appeared and reported on progress in complying <br />to County Zoning Regulations in his -junk yard. He was asked to <br />first place the junk behind the existing fence and has approximately <br />6 months in which to comply fully. <br />Henry Allen did not appear. <br />A letter was.received from the Roseland Womens' Club requesting <br />the placement of mesh over the windows of the Club. <br />There was no objection from the Board to a Corp of Engineers <br />notice of shell fish leases in Brevard County. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner Loy, <br />the Board unanimously approved travel of the Administrator to <br />Orlando on October 9, to attend an' East Central Florida Regional <br />Planning Meeting. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner Loy, <br />the Board unanimously approved payment of $616.00 tq James P. <br />Williams and wife for right-of-way on SR 507, accepted the deed <br />and ordered recording of the deed. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner Loy, <br />the following Ronolution was unanimously adopted: <br />®Cr <br />
