The current 5 -year operating permit will expire on May 18, 2010 with the <br />permit renewal application due on March 19, 2010. The proposal also includes modification to <br />the current Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) for the existing Class I Landfill. The ERP <br />requires permit modification to incorporate improvements to the perimeter storm water drainage <br />system following completion of the partial closure construction of the Class 1 landfill in October <br />2009. The proposal presents the scope of work, schedule, and budget estimate for preparation <br />and submittal to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) the applications <br />for the renewal permit and ERP modification, and for responding any requests for additional <br />information (RAIs) by the FDEP. The proposal was prepared in response to a verbal request <br />from SWDD to Geosyntec. <br />Geosyntec has prepared this proposal (Attachment 1) as Work Order No. 25 for the Continuing <br />Contract Agreement for Professional Services between IRC SWDD and Geosyntec, dated 10 <br />August 2004, amended effective 11 August 2007.
