N <br />Dewey Walker, County Zoning Inspector reported on progress <br />in removing zoning violations. <br />Henry Allen reported on the progress in -fencing his junk <br />yard which was satisfactory to the Board, as he has until January <br />21, 1971 to complete the fence. <br />On•Motion of Commissioner, Massey, second of Commissioner <br />McCullers, the Board unanimously authorized'advertisement for <br />public hearing before the Zoning Board, on the requested zoning <br />change of Marshall Barnes, South Winter Beach Road for the purpose <br />of establishing an industrial park. <br />The County Administrator presented a final plat of a Subdivision <br />known as Orangewood Estatea'Subdivision and recommended its final' <br />approval as meeting County Subdivision Requirements. Upon a Motion <br />made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner Massey and <br />unanimously carried the recommended final approval was given for <br />Orangewood Estates Subdivision vubject to the depositing of a <br />$500.00 performance bond with the Clerk to be refundable one year <br />from today in which time the roads and ditches are to be maintained <br />._ by the developer, and final approval and inspection are made by the <br />County. <br />Don Karseboom, Fellsmere Volunteer Fire Department, reported <br />on the cooperation given to them and on their progress in replacing <br />the fire house and equipment -which was destroyed by fire. On Motion <br />of Commissioner Bogosian, second of Commissioner McCullers, the <br />Board unanimously authorized the Administrator to use County equipment <br />to aid the Fellsmere Fire Department in replacing their building.. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner <br />McCullers, the Board unanimously moved that the County contribute <br />an,. additional $3,500.00 to the Fellsmere Volunteer Fire Department <br />to be used together with other funds for the purchase of a fire <br />truck, -title to which will be transferred to the County; and approved <br />the following Item to Item Transfers: ° <br />113 P4-402 <br />
