<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida on Wednesday, November 4, 1970, at 8:30 o'clock A. M.
<br />Present were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman;: D. B. McCullers, Jr.;
<br />Alma Lee Loy and Edward J. Massey. Absent was Richard P. Bogosian,
<br />Vice Chairman, canvassing absentee ballots as required by law,
<br />Also present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; Paul
<br />D. Burch, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners;
<br />Reams, Deputy Sheriff; and Alfred H. Webber, Ralph H. Stewart
<br />and Janet N, Turpan, Deputy Clerk@.
<br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there
<br />were any additions or corrections to the minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of October 22, 1970. There were none and upon Motion of
<br />Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner Massey the Board unanimously
<br />approved the minutes of the:- regular meeting of October 22, 1970
<br />as written.
<br />The hour of 8:30 o'clock A. M. having passed, the Chairman read
