•s <br />On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner Loy, <br />the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70-50 <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution and Agreement dated December 21, <br />1966, Henry Thompson was granted a concession license in the <br />Sebastian Inlet County Park by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, and <br />WHEREAS, said agreement provided that the board could revoke <br />said concession license upon giving thirty days' notice, and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is deeding the Sebastian Inlet <br />County Park to the State of Florida for inclusion in the new Sebastian <br />Inlet State Park, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board =of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County that the concession <br />license granted to Henry Thompson under Resolution and Agreement <br />dated December 21, 1966, is hereby revoked thirty days from today. <br />A copy of this resolution to be delivered to Henry Thompson by the <br />Clerk. <br />rl 6 n 4' <br />d"9 <br />N=Ja 1 >� ,E4R; <br />0 <br />JV®V 4 1970 <br />
