a <br />Kenneth Reams and Mr. Mittelman appeared before the Board in <br />regard to Cancer Insurance for the County Employees. A Motion <br />was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissiore r Massey and <br />unanimously carried that the employees be given the opportunity <br />to have this program presented to them if they so desire. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner Loy, <br />the Board unanimously voted to approve the application for <br />permission to carry firearms of Oray L. Dixon and the renewals for <br />permission to carry firearms of Earl Smith, Robort J. Amos and <br />Fred Prestin. >� <br />On Motion of Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner Massey, <br />the Board unanimously approved the State Witness Payroll of the <br />Spring Term of the Circuit Court in the amount of $138.36; the State <br />Witness Payroll -of the County Court in the amount of $155.001and <br />the State Witness Payroll of the County Court in the amount of <br />$167.92. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner Loy, <br />the Board unanimously voted to authorize, Fred Prestin, Civil <br />Defense Director to dispose of miscellaneous obsolete items not to <br />exceed $25.00 in value. <br />A letter from the Schlitt Insurance Agency regarding additional <br />premiums for County property was referred to the Attorney. <br />The several.bills and accounts against the County having been <br />audited, were examined and found to be correct were approved and <br />warrants issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund, <br />Nos. 1713 to 1773 inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 876 to 904 <br />inclusive; Fine and Forfeiture Fund, Nos. 294 to 304 inclusive. <br />Such bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of <br />the Circuit Court, the warrants so issued from the respective funds <br />being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book as provided by the <br />rules of the'Legislative Auditor, reference to such record and list <br />a <br />so recorded being made a part of these minutes. <br />a. <br />There being no further business, on Motion made, second <br />carried, the Board adjourned at 4:40 o'cck P.
