The Inspector was requested to notify the State <br />Department of Transportation regarding vehicles placed on State <br />Road Right -of -Way. <br />R <br />On Motion of Commissioner,Loy, second of Commissioner Bogosian, <br />the Board unanimously voted to grant the request of Fred Prestin, <br />Civil Defense Director to sell two fire trucks, one':to the Sebastian <br />Volunteer Fire Department and one to the Indian River -Vero Beach <br />Volunteer 'Fire Department for a sum of $1.00 each. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner Loy, <br />the Board unanimously approved travel of Fred Prestin, Civil Defense <br />Director, to Starke, Government Surplus Property Division, on the <br />last of November or the first part of December. , <br />The following sealed proposals for bug prevention on the old <br />health building, were opened and read as follows: <br />Clement's Pest Control Services, Inc. $285.20 <br />Annual Renewal 25.00 <br />Reese Exterminating Company 265.00 <br />Annual Renewal 26.50 <br />Orkin Exterminating Co., Inc. 219.00 <br />Annual Renewal 32.00 <br />On Motion of Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner Massey, the <br />Board unanimously voted that the prdposals be referred to t�e <br />Administrator for evaluation and award. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner Massey,, <br />the Board unanimously voted that the application df-James.D. Starkey <br />' for license to carry firearms be approved. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Bogosian, second of Commissioner. <br />Massey, the Board unanimously voted approval of petition for <br />Clayton Broward McCullers to be admitted to a State Tuberculosis <br />Hospital.
