4 <br />I <br />RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />TRIS INDENTURE, made this_2r 107p, <br />..,_day of <br />by INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida; hereinafter called the party of the first part, and FRANK ZORC, here- <br />inafter called the party of the second part. <br />WITNESSETH: That, in consideration of an easement given this date <br />by FRANK ZORC to INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, said party of the first <br />part does hereby forever release that certain easement retained in Resolution <br />No. 69 - 40, heretofore adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, said easement having been retained for. drainage and <br />utility facilities on the following property, to wit: <br />12 feet on either side of the centerline of the street. <br />between Lots A and 13 and the street between Lots <br />F and 12, as shown on the plat of Sun Crest Terraces, <br />Unit No. 1 Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 8, <br />Page 1,.
