1 <br />WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 9,'1970 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />.Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />Florida on Wednesday,.December 9, 1970 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. <br />Present were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman; Richard P. Bogosian, <br />Vice Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr.; Alma -Lee Loy and Edward J. <br />Massey. Also present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; <br />Paul D. Burch, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners;, <br />James Reams, Deputy Sheriff; and Alfred H. Webber, Ralph H. Stewart <br />and Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there <br />were any additions or corrections to the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of November 18 or to the special meeting of November 25. <br />The County Administrator explained that the termite quotations <br />z from the Exterminating Companies proposed in the meeting of November <br />18 were in error and that a bug control program has been awarded to <br />Orkin Exterminating Company. Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, <br />seconded by Commissioner Massey and the minutes of the.regular <br />meeting of November 18 and the minutes of the special meeting of <br />November 25 were unanimously approved as written. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner McCullers, <br />the Board unanimously voted approval of the bonds of J. Dale <br />Sorensen; P. W. Taylor, Jr., M. :D.; and Aurelius J. Brackins, <br />0 <br />the newly elected Trustees of the Indian River County Hospital <br />District; and of Jack U. Dritenbas and Richard P. Bogosian, newly re- <br />elected County Commissioners. <br />Wel.(Ford Hardee appeared before the Board and reported on plans <br />for a mobile Nome development on Lindsey Road in the Gifford area. <br />On Motion of Commissioner McCullers, second of Commissioner Loy, <br />�o�-10 1970 <br />
