Currently the SRO water treatment facility has the ability <br /> to only feed water from its storage tanks to the distribution system. <br /> As such, the proposed modification is intended to allow the SRO storage tanks to be filled from <br /> the existing distribution system during periods of low flows . More specifically it is proposed to <br /> backfeed water being generated from the North RO plant during the lower demanding nighttime <br /> hours .
