Motion was made by Commissioner <br />Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner Massey, that the Board participate, <br />in the study and that the Clerk be authorized to pay $1,230.00 and Ir <br />request the City of Vero Beach to reimburse the County in the amount <br />of $615.00. Commissioner McCullers voted against the Motion and <br />Commissioner Loy voted for the Motion; and the Motion was carried. <br />And the following Item to Item Transfer approved: <br />Item to Item Transfer <br />General Fund <br />Account From To <br />-90196 Reserve for Contingency $1,230.00 <br />67700 Planning $1,230.00 <br />On Motion of Commissioner Bogosian, second of Commissioner <br />McCullers, the Board unanimously voted that the Administrator be <br />authorized to notify the Trustees of 'the Internal Improvement Fund <br />and the Corp of Engineers that this Board has no objection to the <br />submarine cable to be laid across the'Indian River at the Wabasso <br />Bridge. <br />The hour of 10:00 o'clock A.
