<br />THIS RELEASE OF EASEMENT made this day of
<br />A.D. 1970 between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political Subdivision
<br />of the STATE OF FLORIDA, AS the first party and.
<br />ROBERT R. DUERDEN AND NELLE E. DUERDEN, His wife and
<br />GLADYS B. YERG, a single woman
<br />as the second parties.
<br />WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, in consid-
<br />eration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consid-
<br />erations, does hereby release unto the parties of the second'
<br />part, their heirs and assigns forever, that part of a Drain-
<br />age Easement recorded in Official Record Book 224, page 193,
<br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, described as

<br />Plat Book 2,page 14 ,St. Lucie County Records,
<br />run Westerly along the Southerly lot line of
<br />said Lot 27 a distance of 195 feet, thence run
<br />Northerly parallel to the Easterly line of said
<br />Lot 27 a distance of 558 feet to the point of
<br />beginning; thence run Westerly parallel to the
<br />Southerly line of said Lot 27 a distance of 135
<br />feet, thence run Northerly parallel to the -East-
<br />erly line of said Lot 27 a distance of 30 feet,
<br />thence run Easterly parallel to the Southerly
<br />line of said Lot 27 a distance of 135 feet, then
<br />run Southerly parallel to the Easterly line of
<br />said Lot 27 a distance of 30 feet to the point
<br />of beginning. Said land lying and being in
<br />Indian River County, Florida.
