Berry's Subdivision of Section 21 of the <br />Fleming Grant,according to the Plat filed in <br />Plat Book 2,page 14 ,St. Lucie County Records, <br />run Westerly along the Southerly lot line of <br />said Lot 27 a distance of 195 feet, thence run <br />Northerly parallel to the Easterly line of said <br />Lot 27 a distance of 558 feet to the point of <br />beginning; thence run Westerly parallel to the <br />Southerly line of said Lot 27 a distance of 135 <br />feet, thence run Northerly parallel to the -East- <br />erly line of said Lot 27 a distance of 30 feet, <br />thence run Easterly parallel to the Southerly <br />line of said Lot 27 a distance of 135 feet, then <br />run Southerly parallel to the Easterly line of <br />said Lot 27 a distance of 30 feet to the point <br />of beginning.
