Maintain the mulch continuously in place until the time <br /> of final inspection . <br /> 580- 9 Disposal of Surplus Materials and Debris . <br /> Dispose of surplus excavated material from plant holes by scattering or otherwise as <br /> might be directed so that it is not readily visible or conspicuous to the passing motorist or <br /> pedestrian . All reflective pavement markers shall be 4 " x 4 " . <br /> D .
