WEDNESDAY, JWU?LRY 6, 1971 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />s <br />Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />Florida on Wednesday, January 6, 1971 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. <br />Present were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman;*Richard P. Bogosian, <br />Vice Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr.; Alma Lee Loy and Edward J. <br />Massey. Also present were Jack G Jennings, County Administrator; <br />Paul D. Burch, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; and <br />c <br />Alfred H. Webber and Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there <br />were any additions or corrections to the minutes of the regular <br />j meeting of December 23. Commissioner Loy requested that in <br />Paragraph 7 Page 1, the words "Wade Cooper" should be changed to <br />. "Raymond Kupper, Realtor": Chairman.Dritenbas requested that in <br />Paragraph 7, Page 1, the words "and offered property located at 23rd <br />Street and 14th Avenue to the County at a cost of" should be changed <br />to read "and offered property located at. 23rd Street and 14th Avenue <br />' s for sale to the County at a cost of". Chairman Dritenbas also. <br />requested that Paragraph 8, Page 5, the wording "on the offer by <br />David Langfitt on the property should be changed to read "on the. <br />offer for sale to the County by David.Langfitt of the property"A' <br />Chairman Dritenbas also requested that on Page 5, Paragraph'2, the <br />words "since the day it was accepted" should ba changed to read <br />I <br />"since the day Netto Construction finished the construction work on it". <br />Chairman Dritenbas also corrected a typographical error, Page 8, <br />-Paragraph 1, from "conplied to "complied". <br />r The minutes of the regular meeting of December 23, 1970, having' <br />t� <br />been corrected, Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, -second by <br />Commissioner Massey, and the Board unanimously approved the minutes <br />of the regular meeting of December 23 as corrected. <br />i <br />n <br />...��, <br />WE .�. <br />f <br />
