- .ewp` . .�; ,.b .fi • v .� �� � � y`. ri ;y ins -+int �« Y L.!- y:. .� � �1.' - � .! <br />The County Administrator presented a tentative plat of a <br />d Subdi i id recomm ended <br />Subdivision known as Sawyer Gar ens v s on an <br />its tentative approval as meeting County Subdivision Requirements. <br />Upon a Motion by Commissioner Loy, second by Connissioner Massey <br />and unanimously carried the recommended tentative approval.was. <br />given for Sawyer Gardens Subdivision subject to modification of <br />the legend that the words "private roads -not maintained by the <br />County" be made larger and placed with the rest of the legend,'and <br />r <br />subject to authorization and approval of the State Board of Health. <br />The Attorney was requested to research private roads and <br />.j <br />report his findings to the Board. At the suggestion of Commissioner <br />.• Dritenbas, the Administrator was requested to contact the engineers <br />in.the County, by letter, telling them that the matter of private. <br />roads was under discussion by the Board in aneffort to discourage <br />J <br />them, and to inform them of the possibility of modification of <br />Subdivision Regulations eliminating private roads. <br />on Motion of Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner Dritenbas, <br />j the Board unanimously adopted the following Resolution, copy to be <br />presented to Senator Rolland in Bartow on Thursday at a state wide <br />appreciationrally% <br />
