Both parties recognize that tile <br /> water distribution system and the wastewater collection system within the property <br /> rePCITCCI to as Countryside North N/lobile hank Pall: is a private system . The system Will <br /> remain the property and responsibility of the OWI1Cl-, MIIC Countryside North , LLC <br /> ( Owner) . Indian River County Utilities ( County) will be responsible for the maintenance <br /> of the water distribution System boll Outside Of the property Lip t0 the point Of Connect10I1 <br /> at the master nlCters and the wastewater collection system upstream of [lie lift Station . <br /> Both parties agree that if authorized by the OWIICIP, ill all eIllC1-9cilCy , file COL1Ilty will <br /> make any Minor I'epairs to the private System , so as t0 minimize interruption of service to <br /> the community . The County Will bill the Owner for the cost of the repairs to the private <br /> system and the Owner will reimburse the County for such repair. MIIC Countryside <br /> North LLC will Supply the County With a 24 lout' emergency Contact naI11e and phone <br /> number that Will be utilized to obtain authorization for the repair. The county will not <br /> make any repairs [Chill authorization Is granted . If the county Is Unable to obtain such <br /> authorization either because the contact is unavailable , or the contact has not granted such <br /> permission , the county will iiliOrlll Clio residents Of Such Inability t0 Obtain permission . <br /> Tile Contact naIlle and number tit the time Of this agreclllent is .1cff ]' aniloll , VI' Eastern <br /> Region at 813 - 282-6754 . In the future , MIIC Countryside at Vero Bedell , LLC Will <br /> notify the Utility Director, in writing, of any changes in contact information . <br /> The Owner agrees to allow the County to read individual motets assigned t0 each lot and <br /> bill each lot in accordance with the usage for said lot . "]'lie Owner also gives Indian River <br /> County Utilities permission to discontinue service for any account that becomes <br /> delinquent as defined by Indian River County Ordinance 201 . 24 . Indian P`iver County <br /> will honor leases between N/11-IC Countryside North LLC and its tcriants . No aCCOLIlItS <br /> will be established for sub lessees . `]'Ile COLlnty will bill the Owner from file Master <br /> IVleter accounts and any individual lots held in the name of the Owncr. The SLIIII Of all <br /> meter reads on the 648 individual lot meters will be deducted from the master meter reads <br /> and only the difference will be billed on the master meter accounts . <br /> Each lessee will be responsible for Submitting a $ 50 . 00 deposit on their water account as <br /> in accordance with Indian River County Ordinance 201 . 08 . The deposit Will be due on <br /> the same date as the first water bill for etch lot . <br /> Under Indian River County Ordinance 201 . 22 the Owner of the property is responsible <br /> for base charges also ]mown as service availability charges , including talose belonging to <br /> a tenant , if not paid by that tenant . Therefore , once any service availability charges <br /> surpass 90 days from the billing date ; they will be transferred to one of the master meter <br /> accounts in accordance with Indian River County Ordinance 201 . 22 . Indian River County <br /> utilities will first strive to collect these past due charges from the lessee by disconnection <br />
