i <br />The Administrator was requested to contact the owners along <br />Jungle Drive as to their feelings of a speed reduction on the <br />road from 35 miles per hour to 25 miles per hour as requested by <br />Henry Karish. <br />The Board then adjourned at 12:00 o'clock Noon and reconvened <br />at 1:40 o'clock P. M. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Dritenbas, second of Commissioner Loy, <br />the Board unanimously voted to follow through with the decisionof <br />January 6, and file the case against John Naimey. <br />Donald Adams, City -County Building Inspector, reported to the <br />Board. A City Ordinance regarding tie-dowft of mobile homes and <br />the Southern Standard Housing Code were referred to the Attorney <br />for study. <br />ion was made by Commissioner Dritenbas, second by Commissioner <br />Loy, and the Board unanimously voted that Indian River County not <br />install culverts or build public roads to privately owned facilities. <br />W. E. Orth appeared in regard to a road into the new Hibiscus <br />Airport. The necessary procedure for the final settlement of the <br />Indian River Flying Service Company was referred to the Attorney to <br />the Board for proper documentation. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Dritenbas, second of Commissioner <br />Loy, the Board unanimously requested that the Administrator inform <br />Marshall -Barnes and Reed Knight that it is contrary to County policy, <br />January 20, 1971, to open roads or install culverts..to private facilities. <br />A request from the Jaycees to make a project of the Tracking <br />Station Park on 4-1-A was deferred until such a time as the rest <br />of the Tracking Area is procured or until a right-of-way is established. <br />The Administrator was requested to peruse the Mid -Florida Utility <br />Franchise for the purpose of coming up with a solution to cost of <br />repairing cuts made in County roads by the company. <br />A letter received from Sidney Ansin regarding lot sizes in <br />Vero Lakes Estates Subdivision is to be referred to the Board of <br />Health; and Mr. Ansin.to be informed that the County has no regulations <br />with respect to lot size but the Department of Health has squarq- <br />JAN 2 0 1g't1 <br />
