On Motion of Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner Massey, <br />the applications for permission to carry firearms of Oscar R. <br />Pedego and of Rex L. Hailey, Sr. were unanimously approved. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner Massey, <br />the State Witness Payroll of the Circuit Court, Fall Term, in'the <br />amount of $769.40 was unanimously approved. <br />ThiG1er7 staffed <br />that- "the, Report of -'Receipts, Expenses and <br />Net Income for the Year Ending the 31st Day of December, 1970 of <br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the Tax Collector, the Tax Assessor, <br />the Prosecuting Attorney and of the Judge of the Small Claims Court <br />were received prior to January 15, as regVired by law, and placed <br />mon file in the office of the Clerk. <br />The several bills•and accounts against the County, having been <br />audited were examined and x txnd tcL be-- corxeat were approved- and <br />warrants issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund, Nos. <br />2043 to 2089 inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 1053 to 1098 <br />inclusive; Fine and Forfeiture Fund, Nos. 341 to 347 inclusive. <br />Such bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court, the warrants so issued from the respective <br />funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book as provided by <br />the rules of the Legislative Auditor, reference to such record and <br />list so recorded being made a part of these minutes. <br />There being no further business, Ion Motion made, seconded and <br />carried, the -Board adjourned at 5:15 o'clock P.
