WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 1971 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />Florida on Wednesday, -February 10, 1971 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. <br />Present were Richard P. Bogosian, Chairman; Alma Lee Loy, Vice <br />Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr.; Jack U. I Dritenbas and Edward J. <br />Massey. Also present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; <br />Paul D. Burch, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; James <br />ReaMat Deputy Sheriff; and Alfred H. Webber, Ralph H. Stewart and <br />Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks. <br />The chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there <br />were any additions or corrections to the Minutes of January 20. <br />Commissioner Loy requested that Paragraph 4, Page 1 should be <br />reworded to clarify the contents of the letter to Mr. Grimm. <br />This correction having been made, Motion was made by Commissioner <br />ba s,, second- by- -Commis-s-i-one-r- Loy --and- the minutes of.the regular <br />meeting of January 20 were unanimously approved as corrected. <br />Dewey Walker, County Zoning Inspector, reported on violations. <br />Attorney Paul D. Burch reported that a Motion has been -filed in <br />Circuit Court against John Pierson. <br />David Calhoun and Frank Brumley appeared in regard to moving <br />a house from an agricultural district to South Winter Beach Road <br />at a point between Lateral A and King's Highway. Motion was made <br />by Commissioner McCullers, second by Commissioner Massey, and the <br />Board unanimously voted that the request be granted providing that <br />the building passes the building inspection and is brought up to <br />specifications. <br />The hour of 9:00 o'clock A.
