Fred Prestin <br />appeared and said that this subject was also being considered by the <br />City Council. Motion was made by Commissioner Dritenbas, second by <br />Commissioner Loy, and the Board unanimously voted the continuation of <br />the public hearing to the next meeting of February 24, in order that <br />it may be given further consideration. <br />
