Fletcher, County Tax Assessor, appeared and
said that in his opinion the Legislative Study was not a true
portrayal of County assessments, that in order that this might be
_
proven, which might, in fact, be of some financial benefit to the`!
County, it would be necessary to hire a qualified assessor.
Thereupon Mr. Fletcher introduced Mr. Warren Hunnicutt
,
of Hunnicutt and Associates, who explained the process to be taken$
in the project which would be at a cost of $20,000.00. .
After discussion, Motion was made by Commissioner Dritenbas,
1
Commissioner Masse that this Board give 10,000.00
second by Comm y,
WT
111
toward the ratio study by Hunnicutt and Associates, provided that;
the School Board donate the remaining $10,000.00, and provided that 1
the Attorneys research the legality of the action and prepare the
Contract.
