Appendix B <br /> Indian River County Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 <br /> Indian River Habitat for Humanity <br /> Property Option Contract Addendum <br /> This Neighborhood Stabilization Program Addendum ( Addendum ) is to be made part of the As Is <br /> Contract for Sale and Purchase ( Agreement ) dated 2011 , between <br /> _ ( Seller ) and Indian River Habitat for <br /> Humanity ( Buyer ) , for the property located at : FL , ( the <br /> Property ) : <br /> Disclosure to Seller with Voluntary, Arm ' s Length Purchase Offer <br /> This is to inform - Seller, that Buyer intends on purchasing the property included in this Agreement <br /> utilizing funding from the Neighborhood Stabilization Program , if a satisfactory agreement can be <br /> reached . The U . S . Department of Housing and Urban Development ( HUD ) will be providing the <br /> funding for this transaction . <br /> Please be advised that Buyer does not have authority to acquire Seller' s property by eminent <br /> domain . In the event Seller and Buyer cannot reach an amicable agreement for the purchase of <br /> the property, Buyer will not pursue this proposed acquisition . <br /> Since the purchase would be a voluntary acquisition , arm ' s length transaction , Seller would not be <br /> eligible for relocation payments or other relocation assistance in accordance with the Uniform <br /> Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act ( URA ) . <br /> Also , as indicated in the contract of sale , this offer is made on the condition that <br /> to seller' s <br /> knowledge , no tenant has occupied the property since seller took possession of the property, is <br /> currently occupying the property or will be permitted to occupy the property before the sale is <br /> complete . <br /> If seller does not wish to sell the property , Buyer will take no further action to acquire it . If seller <br /> is willing to sell the property under the conditions described in this Contract , seller will sign the <br /> contract and initial this Addendum .
