M. <br />Mrs. Drake appeared before the Board <br />zoning re Protesting 1 <br />gul,ations on an undersized trailer. <br />No action was <br />taken by the Board. <br />i <br />On Motion of Commissioner McCullers <br />second of <br />� <br />Commissioner <br />Massey, the following Resolution was unanimous) <br />adopted; Y <br />RESOLUTION NO.-7 <br />WHEREAS, the 1970 Legislature passed Chapter 70 - 109, <br />known as "The .COnlXnit2lity Mental Health Act", and <br />WHEREAS, said act requires the Indian River County Board <br />of County Commissioners to appoint a mental health board to carry <br />out the provisions of the act, and <br />WHEREAS, the present Board of the Indian River Co <br />Mental Health Center, Community <br />, Inc. is respresentative of the mental health <br />district created in said act, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Count <br />Commissioners of Indian River Cy <br />County that the <br />Indian River Communit Present Board of the <br />y Mental Health Center, Inc, , as shown on the <br />list attached hereto is appointed in accordance with Chapter 70 109 <br />as the Mental Health Board for District 18 to serve for such term as <br />the act and the Mental Health Board shall provide.A . <br />resolution shall be forwarded to the Director of the copy of this <br />Division of Mental <br />Health of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Service in <br />Tallahassee, Florida. <br />BOARD OF COUNTy COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RI/VER COUNTY <br />Richard Bogosia.n, Chairman <br />MAR 10_1'71 <br />
