The following documents are required before the applicable County department can issue a <br /> " Notice to Proceed" letter : <br /> 1 . Public Construction Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount, less Change Order 1 . <br /> ($ 567, 365 . 71 ) . <br /> 2 . Certificate of Insurance , must name Indian River County as an additional insured and must provide <br /> for a 30 day Notice of Cancellation . <br /> 3 . Two Signed Copies of Enclosed Agreement . <br /> Please execute both copies of the enclosed Agreement and return them together with the required <br /> Bond and Certificate of Insurance to this office at the address provided below no later <br /> than <br /> November 6. 2013 .
