This prohibition will survive subsurface structures at or contiguous to the <br /> final payment, completion , and acceptance of the Site (except Underground Facilities) that ENGI - <br /> Work , or termination or completion of the Contract. NEER has used in preparing the Contract <br /> Nothing herein shall preclude CONTRACTOR from Documents , <br /> retaining copies of the Contract Documents for record <br /> purposes. B . Limited Reliance by CONTRACTOR on <br /> Technical Data Authorized: CONTRACTOR may rely <br /> upon the general accuracy of the "technical data" <br /> ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY OF LANDS ; contained in such reports and drawings , but such <br /> SUBSURFACE AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS ; reports and drawings are not Contract Documents . <br /> REFERENCE POINTS Such "technical data" is identified in the Supplementa- <br /> ry Conditions . Except for such reliance on such <br /> "technical data , " CONTRACTOR may not rely upon or <br /> 4 . 01 Availability of Lands make any Claim against OWNER , ENGINEER , or any <br /> of ENGINEER' s Consultants with respect to : <br /> A. OWNER shall furnish the Site . OWNER shall <br /> notify CONTRACTOR of any encumbrances or 1 . the completeness of such reports <br /> restrictions not of general application but specifically and drawings for CONTRACTOR' s purposes , <br /> related to use of the Site with which CONTRACTOR including , but not limited to , any aspects of the <br /> must comply in performing the Work . OWNER will means , methods , techniques , sequences , and <br /> obtain in a timely manner and pay for easements for procedures of construction to be employed by <br /> permanent structures or permanent changes in CONTRACTOR , and safety precautions and <br /> existing facilities .
