All aluminum adjustable in -swing sill <br /> mfg. by Afco Millwork products . 4 x 4 x 5/8" radius stainless steel <br /> hinges with NRP . 180' door viewer Schlage Model # 482AD solid <br /> bar door guard . Model LCN # 1461 white door closer, installed . <br /> 24/4" WM #316 primed casing per door . Old doors to be <br /> removed off site . Re- install Kaba lock system . <br /> MISCELLANEOUS <br /> a ) All pictures, art work, and mirrors to be hung back on walls . <br /> b ) All fixtures and hardware should be brushed nickel . <br /> c ) Any fixture, hardware, equipment or furnishing substitutions are <br /> subject to approval by OWNER . <br /> d) Remove existing plumbing access panel and patch with drywall. <br /> 2 .
