On Motion of Commissioner Dritenbas, second of Commissioner <br />McCullers, the Board unanimously voted that 30th Street from U. S. <br />#1 to Country Club Drive be reconstructed. <br />On Motion of Commissioner McCullers, second of Commissioner <br />Loy, the Board unanimously voted that Cemetery Road be rebuilt. <br />The Board decided that it would proceed to take the last <br />parcel of right-of-way on Broxton Road. <br />Commissioner Dritenbas, who had been appointed as a <br />Committee to research the 9-11 emergency system, reported that the <br />cost of installing such a system would be prohibitive. <br />The Board expressed no objections to an increase in salary <br />for Miles B. Mank II, County Judge, from $19,000.00 annually to <br />$22,500.00. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner <br />Loy, the Board unanimously approved travel of the Members of the <br />Board, the Administrator and the Attorney to Fort Lauderdale on <br />March 25 to attend the Road Hearing. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County having <br />been audited, were examined and found to be correct were approved <br />and warrants issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund, <br />Nos. 2315 to 2.358 ($45,338.53)'inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. <br />1199 to 1226 ($120,536.33) inclusive; Fine and Forfeiture Fund, Nos. <br />387 to 392($28,257.25) inclusive. Such bills and accounts being on <br />file.in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the warrants <br />so issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental <br />Minute Book as provided by the rules of the Legislative Auditor, <br />reference to such record and list so recorded being made a part of <br />these minutes. <br />There being no further 'business, on Motion made,seconded <br />and carried the Board then adjourned at 4:50 o'clock P.
