The Board of County Commissioners of Inftan River
<br />County, Florida met in special Session at the Courthouse, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida on Monday, May 17, 1971 at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
<br />Present were Richard P. Bogosian, Chairman; Alma Lee Loy, Vice
<br />Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr.; Jack U. Dritenbas and Edward J.
<br />Massey. Also present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator;
<br />Paul D. Burch, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners;
<br />Valentyne E. Brennan, City-County Planning.Director; Thomas J.,
<br />Leonard, Jr., Planning Aide; Dewey Walker County Zoning Inspector;
<br />Lilias E. Mier, Zoning Secretary; and Janet N. Turpan, Deputy
<br />Clerk.
<br />Also present were Ralph Sexton, Chairman;•Lloyd Harrison,
<br />Attorney; and James Ayers of the Indian River County Zoning
<br />Commission.
<br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and stated that
<br />the business of the meeting was the public hearing on the proposed
<br />Indian River County Zoning Ordinance:
