In order to identify unpermitted small diameter wells within <br /> their Web portal and conduct a GIS analysis to identify non these delineated areas , PBS &J will review available well completion <br /> reports provided by the District at <br /> - vacant residential properties that are not <br /> connected to a public potable water system . <br /> Task 5 - Ongoing Communications with District Staff <br /> During the modeling exercises and preparation of the 2025 withdrawal data file , communications will be <br /> held with the District to discuss the results and determine if the work as completed will be sufficient for <br /> District needs . It is understood that the District will not provide a complete approval until they have had <br /> the opportunity to review the submittal . This task does not include any physical meetings with the <br /> District; all communication will be limited to telephone conferences , webex meetings , e- mail and regular <br /> mail . <br /> Task 6- Prepare Mitigation Plan (Comment 2 ) <br /> A mitigation plan will be prepared by PBS &J with assistance from the County that insures any projected <br /> adversely impacted existing legal user are provided with the means for continued water use at a <br /> commensurate rate of flow . <br /> Task 7 - Re orting <br /> This task includes : <br /> • Preparation of a Technical Memorandum , which will document revisions to the IRC model that <br /> were conducted to respond to 'RAI 6 Questions La through l . d , and identify the databases used <br /> and steps taken in preparing the updated 2025 withdrawal data file ; <br /> • Providing a list of permitted existing legal uses within the modeled cumulative 1 - foot drawdown <br /> contour of the UFA resulting from the County ' s proposed withdraws from the North and South <br /> Water Treatment Plants . <br /> • Transmittal of the mitigation plan prepared under Task 6 . <br /> Compensation <br /> We propose to provide the RAI#6 services to the County for a not- to-exceed fee of $ 32 , 600 . <br /> Schedule <br /> The RAI #6 response services will be completed 7 weeks from notice to proceed . <br /> 3 <br />
