<br /> This deed, 'made as of this 23rd day of February, 2012 , by Frank Danforth Richardson and
<br /> Victoria L. Richardson, husband and wife (as Grantor) ; and Indian River County, a Political
<br /> Subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office address is : 1801 27th St, Vero Beach, FL
