Seller purchased the property utilizing funding received from <br /> the U . S . Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Florida Department <br /> of Economic Opportunity . <br /> Since the purchase of the property by Buyer would be a voluntary acquisition, arm's length <br /> transaction , Buyer will not be eligible for relocation payments or other relocation assistance in <br /> accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act <br /> (URA) . <br /> Also , as indicated in the Property Sales Contract, the contract is being executed with the <br /> understanding that no tenant is currently occupying the property or will be permitted to occupy the <br /> property before the sale of the property is complete . <br /> If Buyer is willing to purchase the property under the conditions described in this Addendum, <br /> Buyer shall sign the Purchase and Sales Agreement and initial this Addendum .
