4 <br />' f <br />i <br />WEDNESDAY, JUNE 23, 1971 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero i <br />Beach, Florida on Wednesday, June 23, 1971 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. <br />Present were Richard P. Bogosian, Chairman; Alma Lee Loy, Vice <br />- s <br />Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr.; Jack U. Dritenbas and Edward J. <br />Massey. Also present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; <br />George Collins, Acting Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; <br />James Reams, Deputy Sheriff; and L. S. Thomas, Jr. and Janet N. <br />Turpan, Deputy Clerks. Absent was Paul D. Burch, Attorney to the + <br />Board. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and recognized <br />Marvin Carter, representing James Karish and Mrs. Karish in regard to r + <br />Jungle g Cove Subdivision. The County Administrator presented a tentative <br />plat of a Subdivision known as Jungle Cove Subdivision and recommended <br />its tentative approval as meeting County Subdivision Requirements. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried the recommended tentative approval <br />was given for Jungle Cove Subdivision with the provision that the <br />F <br />private-smalr and sewerage systems and the private roads would not be <br />maintained by the County and subject to approval by the Zoning. <br />Commission to Rl.
