ith County Subdivision Regulations. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner <br />[asset', the Board unanimously voted that the foregoing Motion be <br />Lmended to read'provided that the plat of the,Indian River Aerodrome <br />;ubdivision be taken to the Zoning Board for review., <br />Commissioner Dritenbas then left the meeting. <br />Wallace McCormick, representative of Farmers Mme <br />Administration appeared in regard to Low's Park Subdivision. The <br />County Administrator presented a tentative plat of a Subdivision <br />known as Low's Park Subdivision and recommended its tentative approval <br />as meeting County Subdivision Requirements. Upon a Motion made by <br />Commissioner Massey,ssconJed by Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried <br />the recommended tentative approval was given for Low's Park Subdivision, <br />with the provision that pumps and equipment used for drainage purposes <br />be maintained by the residents of the subdivision. Commissioner <br />Dritenbas, being absent, did not vote. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner <br />Massey, the Board unanimously accepted the bid of Major Electrical <br />Supplies, Incorporated in the amount of $2,400.00 in the bid opening <br />of 9:30. Commissioner Dritenbas, being absent, did not vote. <br />On Motion of Commissioner McCullers, second of Commissioner <br />Loy, the Board unanimously denied the request of H. B. Barrett, <br />Department of Natural Resources for the County to grade the Sebastian <br />Inlet Road. Commissioner Dritenbas,.being absent, did not vote. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner <br />McCullers, the Board unanimously granted the following Petition and <br />adopted the following Resolution: Commissioner Dritenbas, being absent, <br />did not vote. <br />BOOK '14 M, <br />3 <br />
