OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On October I9, 1999, the County and the Sea Oaks Property Owners Association, Inc, <br />(SOPOAI, entered into a License Agreement for use of County Property. The agreement, <br />and an attachmant known as ANNEX I, provided for multiple use of the County's Waste <br />Water Treatment Facility,W <br />(WTF) site located off State Road AIA. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />)recently, SOPOR officials, after consulting with SOPOR legal consultants, asked that <br />some modifications be made to the existing agreement, in particular ANNEX 1 of the <br />Agreement. 'Macy have asked that the following be deleted: <br />a. `Restricted access to Parcel One shall be made available from a single -gated <br />location, the lncalion of which shall be coordinated with the County Utilities <br />Department." <br />b. "Access to Parcel Two shall be by foot traffic only, and not be from AIA, or the <br />adjacent eonstructiou/utility eascmeat." <br />a "Only those $ea Oaks employees/authorized to cuter the site will bo allowed <br />access.
