The effective date is the date the agreement is executed as signified below. <br />Indemnification and Insurance. SOPOA is to obtain the insurance and indemnify COUNTY <br />pursuant to the requirements found in Exhibit "13 <br />The County retains the right to utilize Parcel 1 and 2 for government purposes and nothing <br />within this license agreement shall be construed to interfere with that right, including the <br />County's unrestricted right of ingress and egress. <br />If either party fails to comply with the requirements of this License Agreement, then the non - <br />breaching party shall provide written notice of the non-compliance and shall allow 30 days <br />for the breaching party to come into compliance. If compliance is not obtained, then the non - <br />breaching party may terminate this license agreement immediately. <br />10.
