WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 4, 1971 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida <br />on Wednesday, August 4, 1971 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. Present were <br />Richard P. Bogosian, Chairman; Alma Lee Loy, Vice Chairman; D. B. <br />McCullers, Jr.; Jack U. Dritenbas and Edward J. Massey. Also present <br />werel,Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; Paul D. Burch, Attorney <br />to the Board; James Reams, Deputy Sheriff; and L. S. Thomas, Jr. <br />and'Janet N. Turpan, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if <br />there were any additions or corrections to the minutes of the <br />meeting of July 21. Commissioner Loy requested that on Page 2, <br />Paragraph 3, the words "No action was taken by the Board" be <br />stricken and replaced by the phrase "The Board reacted favorably <br />to the request." <br />Commissioner Loy requested that on Page 4, Paragraph 5 <br />"2;1"" be taken from the minutes. <br />Commissioner Loy requested that the spelling of "Tomridge" <br />Road be changed to "Tamrich Road". She also requested that on <br />Page 6, Paragraph 9, the words "Tuesday, July 27" be added to the <br />last sentence. <br />Commissioner Dritenbas requested that on Page 4, Paragraph <br />8, "The matter was referred to the County Attorney for proper <br />procedure in adding the amendments to the Building Code." be added <br />at the end of the Paragraph. <br />These corrections and additions having been made, Motion <br />was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas <br />and unanimously carried that the minutes of the regular meeting of <br />July be approved as corrected. <br />a ck 14 CAGE 326 01 <br />IAUG 1971 <br />
