Thence, follow the boundary line of the City of Vero Beach West to its intersection with the East. right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast Railway: Thence Southeasterly along the East right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast Railway to its intersection with the center of the South belief Canal; thence. Northeasterly along the center line of the South Relief Canal to the East boundary line of the Southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 33 South, Range 40 East. Thence North to an easterly extension of the center line of Citrus Road; thence East along said extension of the center line of Citrus Road to the center of the Navigation Channel of Indian River. Thence Southeasterly along the center line of the Navigation Channel of the Indian River to the South boundary line of Indian River County; thence East along the South boundary line of Indian River County to its intersection with the shore- line of the Atlantic Ocean; thence Northwesterly along the shoreline of the Atlantic Ocean to the point of beginning.
