Haubner : <br /> This letter is to reaffirm the commitment from Indian River County and the responsibility to act <br /> as the non - Federal sponsor for the Beach Erosion Control Project - City of Vero Beach , Planning <br /> Sector 5 . The County remains fully committed to the project and local cost share funding is <br /> available to engage in a new feasibility study for the project . <br /> The County is aware that this project is on the list to be forwarded to Congress at the end of <br /> the month to be de - authorized per Section 2046 of Water Resources Development Act ( WRDA ) <br /> 2007 .
