I <br />WORK ORDER NUMBER 1 <br />SEDIMENTATION SYSTEM DREDGING AT THE MAIN RELIEF CANAL POLLUTION <br />CONTROL FACILITY <br />This Work Order Number 1 is entered into as of this 5th day of January , <br />2010 pursuant to that certain Master Agreement for Sedimentation System Dredging at <br />the Main Relief Canal Pollution Control Facility, entered into as of January 5th , <br />2010 ("Agreement"), by and between Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida ("COUNTY") and EMC, Inc. ("CONTRACTOR"). <br />The COUNTY has selected the CONTRACTOR to furnish complete sedimentation <br />dredging services for the Main Relief Canal Pollution Control Facility's two sediment cells. <br />With this Work Order, the CONTRACTOR shall dredge each sediment cell one time, in <br />accordance with the Specifications set forth in the Agreement. The professional services <br />will be performed by the CONTRACTOR for the fee schedule set forth in Attachment 1, <br />attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference. The <br />CONTRACTOR will perform the professional services within the timeframe specified in the <br />Agreement.
