C <br />'-r <br />SEC. 2 cont . <br />LOT, CORNER: A lot fronting upon two or more streets at their <br />intersections. <br />LOT, FRONT: That portion of a lot which abuts a street. In the <br />case of a corner lot, the shorter of the two front lot lines. On a cor- <br />ner lot where both front lot lines are equal or within 5 feet of the <br />same length, both such lines shall be considered to be front lines for <br />the purpose of determining required yards. On through lots both front <br />lot lines shall be considered to be front lot lines for the purpose of <br />determining required yards. <br />LOT, INTERIOR: A lot other than a corner lot. <br />LOT OF RECORD: A lot which is a part of a subdivision, the plat <br />of which has been recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of Indian River County. <br />LOT, THROUGH: An interior lot having frontage on two streets. <br />LOT, WIDTH: The distance between side lot lines, measured along <br />the rear'of the required front yard. <br />MARINA: A place for the sale and service of boats and marine <br />supplies, exclusive of boat or ship building or major repairs. <br />MINING: The removal, either in or upon the soil of the earth or <br />beneath the soil, of any valuable inert or lifeless substance formed <br />or deposited in its present position through natural agencies alone, <br />as a commercial business. <br />MOBILE. HOME: A single or multiple family dwelling manufactured <br />upon chassis or undercarriage as an integral part thereof that may be <br />drawn by a self propelled.vehicl.e and designed for transportation after <br />fabrication on public highways on its own wheels or a flat bed or other <br />trailer to the site where it is to be occupied as a dwelling. Upon <br />arrival at the site, mobile homes are complete and ready for occupancy <br />except for minor and incidental unpacking and assembly operations, loca- <br />tion on jacks or permanent foundations, connections to,utilities and <br />other minor adjustments. This definition does not include modular or <br />pre -fabricated homes. <br />MOBILE I1014E PARI:: A tract of land in one ownership, which pro- <br />vides rental spaces for mobile homes. <br />•MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION: A recorded subdivision of land officially <br />recorded, which provides individual sites, for sale, for mobile homes. <br />MODULAR IfOML: A single or multiple family dwelling.not manufact- <br />S EP 8 1971 <br />
