SEC. 3 cont <br />C-lA RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br />C-1 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br />LM -1 LIGHT MANUFACTURING DISTRICT <br />M-1 RESTRICTED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br />The boundaries of such districts are hereby fixed and established <br />as shown in the accompanying Zoning Atlas, consisting of sectional <br />maps which are identified by sheet number and an index map. This Zon- <br />ing Atlas is on file in the office of the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida. Each sectional man and.the index map <br />are hereby adopted and made a part of this ordinance as if the matters <br />and information set forth by said maps were fully described herein. <br />The boundaries of the, various districts as shown in the Atlas and <br />the sectional map sheets shall be determined by the boundaries as shown <br />and outlined thereon and when not clearly so determined, by use of the <br />scale shown on said maps unless actual dimensions are.noted. Scale and <br />field measurements and map dimensions shall be figured from the center- <br />line of streets, highways, alleys and railroad rights -o£ -way or public <br />waters, as the case may be. Where uncertainty exists as to the exact <br />location of said boundaries, the following rule shall apply: <br />A. Where district boundaries lie on or. within streets, highways, <br />road right-of-way or public water, the district boundaries shall be the <br />centerline of.the same. <br />B. where district boundary lines approximately bi-sect blocks, the <br />boundaries are the median lines of such blocks between the centerline of <br />boundary streets. r <br />k <br />C. Where district boundaries are approximately parallel to a <br />f <br />street, highway, road, alley, railroad right-of-way or public water, <br />the distance of such boundaries from the centerline thereof shall be, <br />unless otherwise shown by dimension, the median block line. . <br />D. In unsubdivided property or where a district boundary divides <br />a subdivided lot, the location of such boundary-, unless the same is in- <br />dicated by dimensions shall be determined by the use of a scale appear- <br />ing on a district. map. Where a district boundary divides a platted lot, <br />the zone classification of the greater portion'shall prevail throughout <br />the lot. <br />E.
