The existing Article • 1 — SCOPE OF WORK of the Contract is modified to include the <br /> following: <br /> LANDFILL ACCESS ROAD DITCH ENHANCEMENT, The Contractor shall undertake and <br /> complete the Landfill Access Road Ditch Enhancement project at the landfill based on <br /> Geosyntec's Project drawings, specifications, and bid form dated January 25, 2013 , The <br /> Contractor is authorized to use the services of Treasure Coast Construction <br /> Management, L.C. as a subcontractor on the project. <br /> General Site Preparation <br /> • -Mobilization/Demobilization <br /> • Initial / Final Surveying <br /> • Stockpile Existing Check Dams <br /> • Subgrade Preparation <br /> pitch Enhancement <br /> • Earthwork <br /> • Flexmat - material and installation <br /> • Geogrid <br /> • Install Stockpiled Check Dams <br /> • Sodding outside of Flexmat Areas _ <br /> 2 . The existing Article 2 — TERM OF CONTRACT is modified to include the following: <br /> Ili) The Contractor shall be substantially completed with the Landfill Access Road <br /> Ditch Enhancement project at the landfill within 21 calendar days of notice to <br /> proceed . The Contractor shall be at final completion within 30 calendar days of <br /> notice to proceed. Any change in contract time shall be based on authorized and <br /> approved basis. <br /> 3. The existing Article 3 — COMPENSATION of the Contract is modified to include the <br /> following: <br /> xIII) Payment for the Landfill Access Road Ditch Enhancement at the landfill will be <br /> $ 142,200.00 as provided in the proposal by Treasure Coast Construction <br /> Management, L.C. in Exhibit #1 plus the contingency fee and the management <br /> fee outlined below. The price does not include the following: <br /> -- i <br /> • Costs for items, which are the subject of, approved change orders, per the <br /> 2096 contingency. <br />
