Bidder has not directly or indirectly induced or solicited any other Bidder to submit a false or sham Bid ; Bidder has not solicited or induced any person , firm or corporation to refrain from bidding ; and Bidder has not sought by collusion to obtain for itself any advantage over any other Bidder or over Owner. 4 . Bidder will complete and include with the bid the Schedule of Bid Items attached to this proposal . The quantities shown on the Schedule of Bid Items are approximate quantities to be used for the purpose of comparing bids . The actual quantities may vary . It is further understood that the actual amount of the Agreement , and payments there under, will be based upon the actual quantities placed into the work . 5 . Bidder agrees that the work will be completed in accordance with the following timeframe . ( a ) Within 30 calendar days from effective date of Notice to Proceed , Contractor shall complete the following tasks : 1 . Receive approved shop drawings for all materials and equipment to be utilized in the job . 2 . Perform all photographic recording , as needed , and documentation of conditions prior to construction . 4 . Submit and secure approval of shop drawings 5 . Mobilize all labor, equipment , and materials . 6 . Deliver and store all equipment and materials to the job site . ( b ) From 31 calendar days to 60 calendar days from the effective date of Notice to Proceed , the CONTRACTOR shall complete the following tasks : 1 . Complete Installation of all floating plant mats and plant material . 2 . Restore all disturbed areas to their pre - construction condition . 3 . Correct all deficiencies noted by Engineer . Completion of all tasks outlined above ( i . e . , Subparagraphs a ) and b ) constitutes Substantial Completion . ( c ) From 61 calendar days to 75 calendar days from the effective date of Notice to Proceed , the CONTRACTOR shall complete the following tasks : 1 . Clean up project area . 2 . Remove all equipment and material from project site . 3 . Perform contract closeout procedures . Completion of all tasks outlined above ( i . e . , Subparagraphs a , b , and c ) constitute Final Completion . 6 . The following documents are attached to and made a part of this Bid : ( a ) Disclosure of Relationships ( Section 00452 ) ; ( b ) General Information Required for Bidders ( Section 00456 ) , and ( c ) Schedule of Subcontractors ( Section 00431 ) . (d ) Trench Safety Act Compliance Statement 7 .
