<br /> Engineer, and any other individuals or entiti s

<br /> whom shall be listed as additional insureds, nd Conditions, Owner shall purchase and maintain p perty
<br /> include coverage for the respective officers , dire ors , insurance upon the Work at the Site in the amou of the
<br /> partners , employees , agents , consultants and full replacement cost thereof ( subject to such de uctible
<br /> subcontractors of each and any of all such ad ' itional amounts as may be provided in the Supplemen ry
<br /> insureds , and the insurance afforded to the, e addi - Conditions or required by Laws and Regulatio s) . This
<br /> tional insureds shall provide primary covera ,e for all insurance shall :
<br /> claims covered thereby ;
<br /> 1 . include the interests of Owne , Contractor,
<br /> 2 . include at least the specific cover aes and be Subcontractors, and Engineer, at d any other
<br /> written for not less than the limits of Iia ility provid - individuals or entities identified in th Supplementary
<br /> ed in the Supplementary Conditions required by Conditions , and the officers , di ctors, partners,
<br /> Laws or Regulations, whichever is gre ter; employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors of

<br /> 3 . include completed operations in urance ; have an insurable interest and s all be listed as an
<br /> insured or additional insured ;
<br /> 4 . include contractual liability nsurance covering
<br /> Contractor' s indemnity obligatio s under Paragraphs 2 . be written on a Builder' s isk "all - risk" or open
<br /> 6 . 11 and 6 . 20 ; peril or special causes of loss olicy form that shall at
<br /> least include insurance for p sical loss or damage to
<br /> 5 . contain a provision or endorsement that the the Work, temporary buil ings , false work,
<br /> and
<br /> coverage afforded will not e canceled, materially materials and equipment i transit, and shall insure
<br /> changed or renewal refuse until at least 30 days against at least the followi g perils or causes of
<br />loss :
<br /> prior written notice has en given to Owner and fire , lightning, extended overage, theft, vandalism
<br /> Contractor and to each other additional insured and malicious mischief, arthquake, collapse, debris
<br /> identified in the Supple entary Conditions to whom removal , demolition o asioned by enforcement of
<br /> a certificate of insuran , e has been issued (and the Laws and Regulation water damage, (other than
<br /> certificates of insuran furnished by the Contractor caused by flood) and Lich other perils or causes of
<br /> pursuant to Paragraph x . 03 will so provide) ; loss as may be pecifically required by the
<br /> 6 . remain in effec, at least until final payment and Supplementary Con tions ;
<br /> at all times ther fter when Contractor may be 3 . include expe ses incurred in the repair or
