An equitable adjustment shall and drawings for CONTRACTOR's purposes , <br /> be made in the Contract Price or Contract including , but not limited to , any aspects of the <br /> Times , or both , to the extent that they are means , methods , techniques , sequences and <br /> attributable to the existence or location of any procedures of construction to be employed by <br /> Underground Facility that was not shown or CONTRACTOR and safety precautions and <br /> indicated or not shown or indicated with programs incident thereto ; or <br /> reasonable accuracy in the Contract <br /> Documents and that CONTRACTOR did not 2 . other data , interpretations , opinions <br /> know of and could not reasonably have been and information contained in such reports or <br /> expected to be aware of or to have anticipated . shown or indicated in such drawings ; or <br /> If OWNER and CONTRACTOR are unable to <br /> agree on entitlement to or on the amount or 3 . any CONTRACTOR interpretation of <br /> extent , if any, of any such adjustment in or conclusion drawn from any "technical data" <br /> Contract Price or Contract Times , OWNER or or any such other data , interpretations , opinions <br /> CONTRACTOR may make a Claim therefor as or information . <br /> provided in paragraph 10 . 05 . <br /> C . CONTRACTOR shall not be responsible for <br /> 4 . 05 Reference Points any Hazardous Environmental Condition uncovered or <br /> revealed at the Site which was not shown or indicated <br /> A. OWNER shall provide engineering surveys to in Drawings or Specifications or identified in the <br /> establish reference points for construction which in Contract Documents to be within the scope of <br /> the <br /> ENGINEER's judgment are necessary to enable Work.
