Surety Bond Branch , U . S . Department of the 1 . claims under workers ' compensation , <br /> Treasury. All Bonds signed by an agent must be disability benefits , and other similar employee <br /> accompanied by a certified copy of such agent's benefit acts ; <br /> authority to act. <br /> 2 . claims for damages because of <br /> C . If the surety on any Bond furnished by CON - bodily injury, occupational sickness or disease , <br /> TRACTOR is declared bankrupt or becomes insolvent or death of CONTRACTOR's employees ; <br /> or its right to do business is terminated in any state <br /> where any part of the Project is located or it ceases to 3 . claims for damages because of <br /> meet the requirements of paragraph 5 . 01 . 13 , bodily injury, sickness or disease , or death of <br /> CONTRACTOR shall within 20 days thereafter any person other than CONTRACTOR's <br /> substitute another Bond and surety, both of which employees ; <br /> shall comply with the requirements of paragraphs <br /> 5 . 01 . 6 and 5 . 02 . 4 . claims for damages insured by <br /> reasonably available personal injury liability <br /> 5 . 02 Licensed Sureties and Insurers coverage which are sustained : ( i ) by any person <br /> as a result of an offense directly or indirectly <br /> A. Such surety and of tangible property wherever located , including <br /> insurance companies shall also meet such additional loss of use resulting therefrom ; and <br /> requirements and qualifications as may be provided in <br /> the Supplementary Conditions . 6 . claims for damages because of <br /> bodily injury or death of any person or property <br /> 5 . 03 Certificates of Insurance damage arising out of the ownership , mainte- <br /> nance or use of any motor vehicle . <br /> A. The policies of insurance so required by this <br /> Supplementary Conditions , certificates of insurance paragraph 5 . 04 to be purchased and maintained shall : <br /> (and other evidence of insurance requested by OWN - <br /> ER or any other additional insured ) which CON - 1 . with respect to insurance required by <br /> TRACTOR is required to purchase and maintain . paragraphs 5 . 04 .A. 3 through 5 . 04 .A. 6 inclusive , <br /> include as additional insureds (subject to any <br /> customary exclusion in respect of professional <br /> liability) OWNER , ENGINEER, ENGINEER's <br /> Consultants , and any other individuals or <br /> entities identified in the Supplementary Condi- <br /> tions , all of whom shall be listed as additional <br /> insureds , and include coverage for the respec- <br /> 5 . 04 CONTRACTOR 's Liability Insurance tive officers , directors , partners , employees , <br /> agents , and other consultants and <br /> A.
