ri <br />f <br />for public hearing before the Zoning Commission for a zoning change <br />for Truth and the Life, Inc. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by <br />Commissioner Massey, the Board unanimously approved advertisement <br />for public hearing before the Zoning Commission . for a zoning change <br />for the Church of the Deliverance, Macedonia Baptist Church. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas and unanimously carried that the Clerk be <br />instructed to refund cash performance bond in the amount of $800.00 <br />to the Indian River Twin Estates Subdivision, as said work has been <br />completed. <br />Vernon Wright, State Parole Officer, appeared and advised <br />the Board that he has made a preliminary request for a $2,400.00 <br />grant to be used for equipment to be used in alcoholic and drug. <br />addiction. The Parole officer stated that matching funds in the <br />amount of $600.00 would be provided by -the use of the Parole Office <br />two nights each week. He further stated that the grant would be <br />received by.the Board of County Commissioners who would-be paying <br />for the expenditures from that fund. A Motion was made by Commissioner <br />McCullers; seconded by Commissioner Massey and unanimously carried <br />that participation in the program be approved and that the Chairman <br />be authorized to sign the application. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, second by <br />Commissioner Massey and the Board unanimously authorized advertisement <br />for public hearing for a zoning change before the Board of County <br />Commissioners. for Village Green Mobile'Home:Subdivision, as requested <br />by Fred Gallagher on behalf of Roland Miller and Earl Groth. <br />11 <br />Book 14 P'a 472 <br />'CT rt' ice'' [ <br />
