D <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO- 71-4 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PAYMENT TO THE CLERK OF THE <br />CIRCUIT COURT FOR SERVICES RENDERED BY THE CLERK TO <br />THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND PROVIDING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County. <br />Florida, serves als o as the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, and <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Florida, performs many valuable, extra and. special services to the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River. County, Florida, for <br />which he is not otherwise compensated as Clerk of the Circuit Court of <br />Indian River County. Florida, and for which this Board determines that <br />he should receive additional compensation therefor, and <br />WHEREAS, the laws of the State of Florida now permit the payment <br />of extra compensation to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Florida, for such additional and special services which he renders to the ' <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. FLORIDA: <br />Section 1. The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, shall pay to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Iridian <br />River County, Florida, for extra and special services performed for the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, which <br />he shall from time to time or regularly perform at the request of such <br />Board, and which are not his duties as Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian <br />River County, Florida, or as ex -officio Clerk of the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County.
