The County Administrator presented a tentative plat of a <br />Subdivision known as Phyl Ann Subdivision and recommended its tentative <br />approval as meeting County Subdivision Requirements. Upon a Motion <br />made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas and <br />unanimously carried the recommended tentative approval was given for <br />Phyl Ann Subdivision, with the provision -that all work be done in <br />accordance with County Subdivision Requirements. <br />The Administrator reported that he had checked with Mey <br />Landrum regarding the Sebastian Inlet boat ramp and had been told <br />that a purchase order had been released for:.the engineering design. <br />The Administrator reported that an appraisal was being made <br />on Lot 10, Block A, Summerplace Subdivision, adjoining the Wabasso <br />Beach Park and that the matter would come before the Board in the <br />near future. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Mccullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried that approval be given for <br />out of County travel of the Administrator, Eugene Hamilton, Road <br />Superintendent, James Biendorf and any of the Commissioners to go to <br />Hillsboro to view a model landfill operation. <br />Attorney L. B. Vocelle and Eugene Wilmoth, appearing in <br />regard to an easement change in Vero Beach Homesites, One A, were <br />asked to come back to the next meeting, in order. that the Administrator <br />be given time to check the existing culverts to be affected. <br />Robert Abbott, appeared in regard to the removal by the <br />E <br />County, of a registered car. The County Zoning Inspector was requested <br />to write a letter to the owner of the car explaining the circumstances. <br />
